Give A Man A Fish..........

Pfumbudza Pamphlet

The corn cobs on the right represent the traditional amount of harvest needed to fill a five gallon bucket (the amount of corn needed to feed a family of seven for a week)....typically around 500 cobs......On the left is the harvest achieved through the "Pfumvudza" program........typically around 56 cobs will fill the same five gallon bucket...........can you see the potential in eradicating starvation in Africa............we praise you Lord!

Many nations represented as we pray for God's anointing and blessing upon the Pfumvudza Program at a local demonstration plot

Remember the old proverb.......give a man a fish and feed for a day..........teach a man to fish and feed him for a lifetime. Recently Brent and Luke attended Foundations for Farming's semiannual champs conference in Zimbabwe. The conference provided insight into what God is speaking prophetically over Southern Africa as well as introducing a new God revealed agricultural program focused and feeding Africa one family at a time. "Pfumvudza" is the Shona word for a "new season" and that is exactly what this program is focused on ushering in. In preliminary trials the program has proved successful in providing enough food for a family of seven for a whole year for the affordable price tag of $50. During the conference testimonies were given by local Shona farmers detailing the massive change the program has produce in the lives of their families. The most exciting aspect of this program is that not only will it address physical hunger but more importantly the spiritual hunger of a continent thirsty for the Gospel of the Kingdom.

Eleeo Project is committed to implementing the principles of "Pfumvudza" locally as we reach out the Tonga peoples of Southern Zambia. Please pray that God would provide fresh revelation on how best we might glorify Him as we teach "men and women and children to fish"...........
