Whitfield's Weekend in Wisconsin!

Our friends John and Patsy Taylor pastor a great church in Wheeler, Wisconsin! They have supported us faithfully while we have been in Africa!!! We visited them in 2009 and it was great to see many familiar faces again during this visit! Luke shared about Zambia and our future plans and we enjoyed an early Thanksgiving meal with the congregation and had a neat time of prayer! Thanks for your prayers and support Otter Creek Community Church! We appreciate you!!

Please continue to pray with us for these last few months before we return to Zambia. We are needing to raise an additional $1,000 in monthly support and get current supporters switched over to our new organization CTEN!!! Thank you for considering how God might use you to partner with us in this adventure!

Amazing Opportunities....Can You Help?

Wanted to take a moment and share some amazing developments and opportunities God has recently place before our ministry. A few months ago our ministry partners, Brent and Keri Roberts, were approached by a church in South Carolina that wanted to bless our ministry by donating a 40' shipping container to transport needed ministry items to Zambia. As you can imagine this is a huge blessing as we try to assemble the necessary materials we will need to develop our ministry center in Chikankata. The shipping container is currently sitting in Columbia, South Carolina where it is being filled with donations from individuals such as: wheelchairs and medical supplies, donated clothing, power tools, generators and other requested items.

Elise and I were also recently approached by a mission based charitable organization with a matching gift pledge on all donation we can raise up to $50,000. As you can imagine we are overwhelmed at the opportunity this presents for us to raise the funds necessary to see the initial development of our ministry center in Chikankata realized. This offer is currently available to us through our departure date back to Zambia which is presently set for January 14th 2011. Would you consider making a one-time donation of any size toward this need and take advantage of this unique opportunity to see your gift doubled!
